Stairwell LED Lighting

With effect from January 2025, James Kok Lighting now has a fully working demonstration stairwell LED feature installed at our showroom in Fulwood, Preston.

Project Overview

We wanted a system to illuminate each individual step in a “chasing” pattern, offering functional safety lighting but switching on/off in a cool way.

Our system utilises 17 nano-LED strips cut to bespoke sizes and soldered with bespoke lengths of wire. Hidden out of sight is a driver and programmable controller unit all installed by our recommended electrician, Gerry Cox. The resulting behind the scenes wiring and connections are extremely neat and tidy whilst complying with regulations and giving ease of access to the controller unit which also includes a remote control.
